PURPOSE: A recycle polyester fiber and a method of manufacturing thereof are provided to prevent environmental problems by recycling a waste polyester fiber. CONSTITUTION: In a recycle polyester fiber and a method of manufacturing thereof, recycled polyester fiber is collected from a fiber, a film, and a bottle molded article and is melted. A foreign material, a coarse or rough inorganic particle, and a modified resin are filtered. The filtered melt is extruded to be manufactured as a recycled polyester pellet. The recycled polyester pellet is dried and is mixed with general polyester to be processed through a twin-screw extruder.
