PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent incoming mail and mail for telephone directory backup from coexisting when backing up telephone directory information using the electronic mail. SOLUTION: A communication terminal device 11 which transmits/receives electronic mails using a normal mail account, includes: a storage means 13 which stores telephone directory information 12 including a list containing at least telephone numbers and identification information corresponding to the telephone information; a transmission means 14 which transmits electronic mail prepared by attaching the data indicating the telephone directory information 12 stored in the storage means 13 to a mail account for backup which is different from the normal mail account; and a reception means 15 which receives the electronic mail transmitted to the mail account for backup at backup reception.
