<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve twist of the charging cable for vehicle. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The charging cable 40 for vehicle includes a vehicle side connector 42 connectable with the charging port 20 of a vehicle 4 which opens when the vehicle is charged while stopping, a cable 48 with one end connected with the vehicle side connector 42 and the other end connected with a plug 52 for the external power supply, and grips 60 and 62 provided rotatably about the longitudinal axis of the cable 48. The grip 60 is provided on the side of the vehicle side connector 42, and the grip 62 is provided on the plug 52 side. Furthermore, a regulation member which regulates the movement of the grips 60 and 62 along the longitudinal direction of the cable is attached fixedly to the cable 48.
