The invention relates to a coriolis gyro having a resonator (1) with multiple suspension points, wherein there is an operative connection between the suspension points and the gyro frame of the coriolis gyro such that the coriolis gyro is mounted in a swinging fashion within the gyro frame, the resonator (1) is designed as an elongated oscillation element extended along an axis and the suspension points are those points of the resonator (1) at which oscillation node points occur in the condition of resonance oscillation of the resonator (1).
