<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell which reduces an occurrence of a crack of the solar cell for composing a solar cell string, and also to provide a solar cell string and a solar cell module. <P>SOLUTION: A bus bar electrode and a plurality of linear finger electrodes extending from the bus bar electrode are provided on a first main surface of a semiconductor substrate. The bus bar electrode includes a first connection part connected to an interconnector, and a first non-connection part not connected to the interconnector.
