Disclosed a switching control circuit including: a first drive circuit to generate a drive signal (GP1) for driving a driving switching element (M1) to flow current through an inductor (L) for voltage conversion into on/off states; wherein the first drive circuit generates the drive signal (GP1) so that a transition time (tf1) of the drive signal (GP1) in which the driving switching element (M1) shifts from an off state to an on state becomes longer than a transition time (tr1) of the drive signal (GP1) in which the driving switching element (M1) shifts from the on state to the off state.
