<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking device enabling a safe operation by detecting temperature adjacent to a part of an operation means provided on a top panel or the like, and preventing temperature from rising under the influence of heat from heating means of the operation means. <P>SOLUTION: A cooking device includes heating means 3, heating control means 4 for controlling the heat amount by the heating means, control means 2 for controlling the heating control means, operation means 7 provided on a top panel, temperature detection means 5 attached adjacent to the operation means 7, display means 6 and alarm means 3. When temperature of the operation means 7 due to radiant heat of flame in the case that an excessively large pan or the like is placed on the cooking device and the heat transmitted from the top panel is detected by the temperature detection means 5 and an output signal according to the detected temperature is larger than a predetermined value, the control means outputs a signal to the heating control means to stop heating by the heating means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
