<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam source device with a main switch and a key switch to be always turned off when using of the device is started. <P>SOLUTION: An electric circuit 3 and a solenoid 4 are connected parallel to a power supply circuit 2. The main switch 10 is interposed between a connection point 5 of the electric circuit 3 to the solenoid 4, and the power supply circuit 2. The key switch 11 is interposed between the connection point 5 and the electric circuit 3. The key switch 11 opens the circuit when an operation piece 7b is at a first position and closes the circuit when the operation piece 7b is at a second position. The solenoid 4 moves the operation piece 7b of the key switch 11 to the first position while driving currents are not fed from the power source circuit 2, and permits movement of the operation piece 7b to the second position while driving currents are fed from the power supply circuit 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
