Half-finished component and method of manufacturing

The ceiling component (1) or wall component has a carrier layer (2) formed from steel and/or reinforced concrete. A pipe line (4) guides heating and/or cooling medium. A ceiling layer (6) has a heat insulating element (8) i.e. heat insulating stone. The ceiling layer is arranged with the ceiling component at lower side of the carrier layer and with the wall component at inner side of the carrier layer. The pipe line is sectionally embedded into the ceiling layer. The pipe line stays in connection with a source of the heating and/or cooling medium. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a semi-finished component for producing ceiling or wall component (2) a method for producing ceiling or wall component.
