PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a subcontroller by setting an address for a terminal LSI successively from the CPU of the subcontroller and performing input/ output operation for the address to use a terminal LSI7 in corporated with a subcontroller. CONSTITUTION:The CPU10 of the subcontroller 9 outputs a set address and return data to one terminal LSI7 thorugh a bus 11 and parallel I/O12, and also inputs monitor data. The transmission line 2 of the system is connectd to the terminal LSI7 through an input/output part 6, and a main controller 1 accesses terminals 3 having addresses (i), (i+1)-(i+n) cyclically. The monitor data from the terminals are inputted from the terminal LSI7 to the CPU10 through the I/O12 and bus 11. Then, the subcontroller 9 uses only one terminal LSI7 to reduce the size of the subcontroller 9 of the remote monitor controller. |
