PURPOSE: A method of connecting a call between a service requester and a service provider using a PBX connection number and an authentication number are provided to use a PBX connection number and a authentication number, thereby connecting a call between a visiting service requestor and a visiting service provider. CONSTITUTION: If a visiting service provider server attempts a connection(820), a relay server inspects a connector and receives visiting service request and providing data. In case of it is a visiting service request data, the relay server generates visiting staff record including record for customer sending including an authentication number and record for visiting staff including the authentication number and stores a database. The relay server sends the authentication number to a customer and visiting staff. |
