PURPOSE: A foldable chair type bed is provided to increase the utilization by manufacturing a front seat in order for back of the front seat to be foldable. CONSTITUTION: A foldable chair type bed comprises a distance control part(101), a head support(104), a first seat-back control part(103), and a second seat-back control part. The distance control part is controlled in order to be able to pull the seat as forth as possible. The head support is removed to make assembling operation easy, when the seat is folded. The first seat back control part is installed so that the seat back is completely folded back. The seat is completely folded back by the first seat back control part. The second seat back control part is changed into a bed type by making the seat horizontal to a rear seat.
