MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THE COLORFUL CLAY-BLOCK AND THE CLAY-BLOCK THEREOF

PURPOSE: A clay brick and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to apply various patterns on the surface of the brick by periodically changing the process of oxidation firing and reduction firing. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a clay brick comprises the following steps: crushing a mixture containing clay and shale; mixing the mixture after adding an additive; adding 14~20wt% of moisture to the mixture and kneading the mixture using a pug mill; extruding the mixture through a nozzle and cutting the extruded mixture before molding into the clay brick; arranging the molded brick into a main body(110) of a kiln(100); and drying the mixture by successively heating up to 180 deg C, and repeating more than one oxide calcination and reduction calcinations at 1,000~1,250 deg C.
