PURPOSE: A method for transporting civil engineering structure in water is provided to float a civil structure and to steadily transfer the civil structure. CONSTITUTION: A civil structure is steadily floated on the underwater environment by combing a float(2) and a civil structure. The civil structure is surrounded with the float and the bottom part of the civil structure is extended toward the float. The float combined with the civil structure is moved to the desired location of the underwater environment. When the float combined with the civil structure reaches the desired location as described above, the float combined with the civil structure is separated from each other. When the float combined with the civil structure reaches the desired location, the float combined with the civil structure is descended in underwater environment.
