PURPOSE: A method and a system for providing designation service of calling information by a caller are provide to enable a calling subscriber to directly appoint contents which can inform the purpose of calling the telephone or a particular event, thereby transmit appointed contents information to a receiving multimedia communication terminal. CONSTITUTION: If a opponent destination side terminal(20) and a call is set, a calling terminal(10) appoints a calling contents which will be provided to receiving side terminal. The receiving side terminal receive the appointed calling contents to a media server(50). The receiving side terminal reproduces the received calling contents. A call control server(30) controls call connection between the calling side terminal and the receiving side terminal. The media server transmit the calling contents to streaming type. |
