PURPOSE: A cushion member molding apparatus for a bed mattress and a molded article using the apparatus are provided to cut the manufacturing cost of the mattress and to simplify the lamination process of the cushion member. CONSTITUTION: A cushion member molding apparatus for bed mattress includes: a raw material feeder(10) which accepts a raw molding material for the cushion member and then supplies the raw molding material; a heater which is used to fuse the raw molding material provided via a transfer member; a loom(30) which is capable of forming a chaotic loop shape by varying the injection rate and jet velocity of the cooling water and weaving a structure by fusing the seam of the loops; a dryer(40) which is used to eliminate or dry foreign materials; a cutter(50) which cuts objects in a set size using a cutting blade; and a controller(60) which outputs the operation signal to each constitution unit according to the supply signal of raw materials from the raw material feeder.
