Valve for control of high pressure air pulse

A control valve for a pressurised air tank comprising a cylindrical valve body with a flow passage 18 through it and a coaxial cylinder mounted on one end of it. The control valve is mounted in the wall of the pressurised air tank such that the coaxial cylinder will be inside the pressurised air tank. Inside the coaxial cylinder are a valve seat 24 and a slideable piston 90. The control valve is opened or closed by moving the slideable piston 90 away from or towards the valve seat 24.
