PURPOSE: The resistant layer coating conductor, and the manufacturing method thereof and printed circuit board can improve the splitting resistance of the resistant layer coating conductor about the resin of the printed circuit board. CONSTITUTION: The resistant layer coating conductor is attached on the copper foil(101) and the patterned Base substrate(100). The resistant layer(103) is physically mutually cohered with the copper thin layer(102). The resistant layer coating conductor is embedded within the printed circuit board. The embedded resistance and circuit wiring are offered. Accordingly, the present invention has its own effect in superb way.
