<p>The invention relates to a protecting plug and to a die for making the same. According to the invention, the protecting plug consists of an end disk continued with a central tube along which there are placed a series of elastic winglets, placed in parallel cross planes, in a number of two or more in the same plane, the elastic winglets having the shape of circular sectors, each having an angular opening alpha=380°/number of circular sectors, between each two elastic winglets placed in the same cross plane there being provided a radial slot which extends from the winglet circumference up to the central tube, the radial slots associated to a series of elastic winglets being placed in the same axial planes with the radial slots associated to another parallel series of elastic fins.</p> |
