PURPOSE: A network quality estimation system is provided to selectively obtain quality information necessary for each cell and to remotely control the quality measures prepared in each cell by a head end. CONSTITUTION: A head end(30) performs data communication with at least two cells dividend for plural subscriber terminals and quality measurement units(100a,100b) are arranged in each cell. The quality measurement units obtain the transmission quality information for the cells by being controlled by the head end remotely. The quality measurement units provide the obtained transmission network quality information to the head end. The transmission quality information is individually measured for each cell. |
