PURPOSE: An electronic beam container sterilizer and an electronic beam container sterilization method are provided to prevent the electric charge of a resin material by emitting electronic beam. CONSTITUTION: An earth electrode is included in an inlet part of a resin made container(2). The electronic beam is emitted to the resin made container when inserting the ground electrode within the resin. The gas path is formed in the ground electrode. The ground electrode is inserted within the resin made container and the electronic beam is emitted. The asepsis gas spouts from the gas path within the resin made container.
