PURPOSE: A robot is provided to conform a display direction of a display unit to the eyes level of a user by rotating the display unit back-and-forth. CONSTITUTION: A robot(10) comprises a main body(100), a display unit(300), and one or more sliding units(200,210,220). The display unit has a recognizing unit for detecting the position of a user and is rotated with the main body depending on the eyes level of the user. The sliding units connect the main body and the display unit to be rotated back-and-forth depending on a detected state of the recognizing unit.
