<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezo-electric vibration device system which is capable of attempting to miniaturize and simplify the whole system while conducting the same control as the conventional to the piezo-electric vibration device including piezo-electric elements. <P>SOLUTION: The frequency modulation operation is performed based on the fundamental frequency signal Sa and adjustable frequency signal Sb when the control signals S1, S2 to the piezo-electric elements 422, 451 are generated. Thereby, the frequency modulated signal, whose frequency changes into one of three or more of frequencies around the fundamental frequency fa periodically is generated as the control signals S1 and S2.
