PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder cosmetic having excellent finished feeling having white color with transparency, and covering effects for concealing the blemish of the skin, and exhibiting good use feeling such as the feeling to the skin and spreadability. SOLUTION: The powder cosmetic contains the following components (A) and (B): (A): highly cohesive titanium oxide which has a primary particle diameter of 0.001-0.15μm and a secondary particle diameter of 0.6-2.0μm, and the crystalline form of which is anatase; (B): titanium oxide which has a plurality of extended parts extended radially and having ridges at the nearly center part in the length direction, which exhibits a star shape as the whole, and the crystalline shape of which is the anatase.
