PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an area required for integration of recovery switches. SOLUTION: A display panel driver 1 is equipped with: an output terminal OUTi co; a recovery capacitor connection terminal ERC connected to a recovery capacitor CER; and the recovery switch SW-i connected between the output terminal OUTi and the recovery capacitor connection terminal ERC. The recovery switch SW-i is provided with gate transistors G1 and G2 as one and the same conductive MOS transistors. The drain of the gate transistor G1 is connected to the recovery capacitor connection terminal ERC, meanwhile, the drain of the gate transistor G2 is connected to the output terminal OUTi.
