PURPOSE:To mold molded products in forms of different kinds at one time at desired molding pressure, by a method wherein bore diameters of cylinders to be mounted by corresponding to molds each are changed according to the molding pressure of the products each. CONSTITUTION:Bores of hydraulic cylinders 36, 38 are decided to be of the sizes different from each other. Cavities 32, 34 are pressed against materials 50, 52 by descending a press slide 12, and press molding of the materials is performed among cavities 32, 34 and cores 26, 28. In this instance, in the case where, for example, a mold 22 of the material 50 completes the compression earlier than a mold 24 of the other material does, and a gap remains between the core 28 and cavity 34 in relation to the mold 24, the press slide 12 is kept descending further and pressure of the mold 22 is transmitted to a hydraulic cylinder 38 from a hydraulic cylinder 36 through a communicating pipe 40. Then a ram of the hydraulic cylinder 38 ascends, a space between the core 28 and cavity 34 is contracted down to a regular space, and compression and molding of the material 52 are completed. |
