<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the frequency conversion efficiency of a diode mixer. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A diode mixer comprises a mixer diode 16. The mixer diode 16 has: a first inductor circuit 14 including an inductor and a capacitor for performing DC cutoff, and connected in series; a diode 12 connected to the first inductor circuit 14 in parallel; a first connection part 18 where one end of the first inductor circuit 14 and the anode of the diode 12 are connected; and a second connection part 24 where the other end of the first inductor circuit 14 and the cathode of the diode 12 are connected. An LO signal port 22 is connected to the first connection part 18 through a first branch circuit 20, an IF signal port 28 is connected thereto through a second branch circuit 26, and an RF signal port 32 is connected thereto through a third branch circuit 30.
