<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make oiling pressure to an expansion mechanism appropriate and to suppress leakage amount of refrigerating machine oil from the expansion mechanism. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An expansion device (30) includes the expansion mechanism (31) within an expansion device casing (34). An oiling pipe (52) communicated with high pressure refrigerating machine oil within a compressor casing (24) and the expansion mechanism (31) is provided. The oiling pipe (52) includes an oiling throttle valve (53) for decompressing the high pressure refrigerating machine oil. A controller (130) controls an opening of the oiling throttle valve (53) so that the pressure of the refrigerating machine oil of the oiling pipe(52) is decompressed to a predetermined pressure determined based on high pressure HP of a refrigerating cycle.
