<p>A method for adjusting time offset is disclosed by the present invention, and is applied to a system with a plurality of service cells. The method specifically includes: measuring the downlink signal arriving time of a cell, acquiring the downlink time delay information of the measured cell according to the downlink signal arriving time, and adjusting the time offset of uplink transmission data according to the downlink time delay information. The embodiments of the present invention measure the downlink time delay information with the user equipment, and have the effect of improving the detection performance of the signal and reducing the interference to the other surrounding users.</p>
