<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for evaluating biological condition, a system for evaluating biologial condition, a program, and a recording medium, for determining a symptom of abnormalities on the heart. <P>SOLUTION: In a step 110, the apparatus calculates a heartbeat interval RRI based on an input R wave, memorizing the calculated RRI, and updates the time-based series data of the heartbeat interval RRI periodically. In a step 120, a heartbeat-variation-analysis is performed. In a step 130, the apparatus calculates the time-based series data expressed by [HF] and [LF/HF]. [In(LF/HF)] is used for the abnormality determination. In step 150, it is determined that whether an abnormal flag set based on [ln(LF/HF)] indicates 1 or 2 showing the existence of the abnormality, or 0 showing the non-existence of the abnormality. In a step 160, the apparatus performs the abnormality determination based on [In(LF/HF)].
