PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secondary battery pack which makes voltage balance adjustment between secondary batteries constituting secondary battery modules, and between the secondary battery modules, more efficiently than before and in a short period of time. SOLUTION: The secondary battery pack has: a module control unit 15 monitoring the voltage of the secondary battery 11 constituting the secondary battery module 12 and having a battery voltage balance adjusting part 13 for adjusting the voltage of the secondary battery 11; a temperature detecting part 17; a current detecting part 16; a charging switch 19; a discharging switch 18; a change-over switch 21 for changing over respective charging routes to the secondary battery modules 12; a charging control part 22; and a battery control part 20 for controlling the module control part 15, a charging control part 22, the switch-over switch 21, the charging switch 19 and the discharging switch 18 by deciding a charging voltage, a charging current and the need for charging the respective secondary battery modules 12, based on voltage information, temperature information and current information from the module control part 15.
