A touch panel integrated LCD is provided to prevent malfunction by decoupling the coupling noise, thereby reducing deterioration of an aperture ratio. A plurality of first lines are extended and formed to the first direction. A plurality of second lines are extended in order to intersect toward the first direction. A plurality of thin film transistors are defined in the domain in which a plurality of first lines and plurality of second lines are crossed. A first comparison unit(34a) includes the first and the second nodes(N1a,N2a). A first sensor line(SLna) is connected to the first node, and it is extended to the same direction as the first line, and delivers the touch signal of the first direction. A first decoupling part(38a) is connected between the second Node and the first line, and decouples the coupled noise existing in the first direction touch signal. |
