<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use power sources and loads in an integrated environment. <P>SOLUTION: A battery 4, a temporary power source 5, an AC adaptor 6 and a load 7 are connected to a power source bus line 1, a grounding bus line 2 and a data bus line (a bus system). Each of blocks connected to the bus system is described as an object, and the objects of the respective blocks mutually exchange state data or the like via the data bus line. An object of each block generates state data based on a request from an object of the other block, and sends it to the object of the other block.
