<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple fluid pressure pump constituted by a rotor, having only one space partition part arranged on the rotor side, in the fluid pressure pump constituted by a cylindrical casing and the rotor basically in a columnar shape. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The simple fluid pressure pump includes the casing having a space partition tool swinging while having a shaft as a fulcrum on two portions of a cylindrical body in radial direction opposite sides from each other; and the rotor having a protrusion having a sliding part with a casing inner peripheral surface on one portion on an outer peripheral surface of the columnar body having a supporting shaft on both ends, and having two kinds of individual vent holes passing through the inside of the columnar body from two supporting shaft end faces and having opening positions before and behind the sliding part.
