A detecting method, apparatus and system in optical distribution network are provided by the present invention, wherein the method includes: the Optical Line Terminal (OLT) reserves a test window, and the Optical Network Unit (ONU) stops transmitting the uplink signal within the test window, the OLT only transmits the downlink test signal having the same wavelength as the uplink signal' within the test window, the OLT receives the reversed signals of the downlink test signal comprising the reversed dispersion signal and the reversed reflection signal, performs processing to the reversed signals, and obtains the status information of the optical distribution network according to these reversed signals. The method needn't add other hardware, and the downlink signal is transmitted normally in the downlink. The implement cost is lower, and the implement in the technique is also easier. |
