The vehicle has an assembly housing (1) e.g. air conditioning system, that is fastened to a body of the vehicle by a console (4), where the console is fastened to the housing in a height adjustable manner. A stepped toothed segment (9) is provided at a housing side for cooperating with outer lying stepped toothed segments, where the segments are provided at a console side. A clamping screw (5) attaches the console to the housing and to the body. A distance piece (3) attaches the console piece to a disk segment of the body.
