PURPOSE: An AF module of 4-tr type AF pixels and a photographing device using the same are provided to measure the amount of exposed light for exposure time control with excellent sensitivity in real time. CONSTITUTION: A signal processing unit(120) processes an image signal. A codec(140) compresses the processed image signal. A storage unit(150) stores the compressed image signal. An AF sensor(210) generates AF- data for AF of a photographing unit. An AF controller(270) uses the AF data to control the AF of the photographing unit.
