PURPOSE: A stabilization control device and an armed system therewith are provided to reduce energy loss by measuring and controlling output speed using a gyro sensor. CONSTITUTION: A stabilization control device(600) comprises a driving part(610), a stabilization control part(620), an error velocity generating part(630), and a controller(640). The driving part supplies operating power to an actuator and outputs a velocity output. The stabilization control part generates a stabilization command velocity. The error velocity generating unit generates an error velocity. The controller receives the error velocity and generates a control signal for the driving part.
