摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion element capable of achieving practical photoelectric conversion efficiency by prolonging the life of a charge separation state after electrons move, and to provide an electronic apparatus equipped with the photoelectric conversion element and high in reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion element has: a first electrode; a second electrode arranged facing the first electrode; an electron transport layer (substrate) 40 positioned between the electrodes; a photoelectric conversion layer D contacting the electron transport layer 40; and a positive hole transport layer positioned between the electron transport layer 40 and the second electrode and contacting with the photoelectric conversion layer D. As shown in Fig.4, the photoelectric conversion layer D has a second film 2 bonded to the electron transport layer 40, a third film 3 and a first film 4 positioned between the second film 2 and the third film 3.
