The hinge has a hinge element (10) with a fixing part (12) for fixing the hinge element using a connecting element at a door or a flap, and/or at a shell structure i.e. body, and using a joint part (14) for articulated connection with another hinge element. The joint part is connected to the fixing part by two connecting parts (16). The connecting parts are designed as load anchors (18, 20), which are arranged at an angle or in a parallel manner. An end stop is integrated in of the connecting parts for limiting the opening of the door or the flap.
