<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cleaner which can display information on a working condition to a user in an easy-to-understand manner. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The water cleaner has a raw water inflow port for receiving raw water, a filter cartridge for filtering the raw water, a discharge port for discharging cleaned water after filtration and a display means for displaying information on the working condition. The water cleaner further has a flow volume detection means for detecting filtration flow volume of the raw water and a control means which draws a wave-pattern image moving at speed corresponding to the filtration flow volume detected by the flow volume detection means on the display means.
