PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic sheet, without limiting the action of a user while sticking it on a skin surface, without forming a liquid drip from the cosmetic sheet and easily pasting with the skin surface. SOLUTION: This cosmetic sheet is provided by laminating a skin care component sheet having a sponge form, gel form or film form on the one side surface of a substrate cloth consisting of a water repellent nonwoven fabric or woven fabric having a form and an area capable of forming an outer edge of the substrate cloth at the surroundings of the sheet by compression adhesion so as to form the outer edge with the substrate cloth.
