PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens barrel capable of achieving improvement in assembly workability when assembling components in the lens barrel and easy detachment of the components from the lens barrel, and an imaging apparatus. SOLUTION: A second group lens barrel 8 of the lens barrel includes a second group FPC 26, a sensor holder 27, a second group lens holder 29, a magnet 30A, a magnet 30B, a coil unit 34A, a coil unit 34B, a diaphragm actuator 38, a shutter actuator 39 and a second group base 40 or the like. A terminal part 34A-a of the coil unit 34A, a terminal part 34B-a of the coil unit 34B, a terminal part 38a of the diaphragm actuator 38, and a terminal part 39a of the shutter actuator 39 are arranged as follows. The respective terminal parts are arranged at a half projection portion including an optical axis, the terminal part 38a of the diaphragm actuator 38, and the shutter actuator 39 out of a projection portion obtained by projecting the second group base 40 to a plane orthogonal to the optical axis.
