Provided is a hearing aid which enhances the clearness of the speech spoken by a person while reproducing the direction from which the speech spoken by the person comes without using an inverse mapping rule.  The hearing aid is provided with a sound source input section for inputting sounds coming from sound sources and converting the inputted sounds into a first acoustic signal, a sound source separating section for separating the first acoustic signal converted by the sound source input section into a sound source signal corresponding to each of the sound sources, binaural microphones which are placed on left and right ears so as to input the sounds coming from the sound sources to convert the inputted sounds into second acoustic signals, a directional sense component calculating section for calculating directional sense components representing the directional sense of the sound sources with the binaural microphones as the base point from the left and right second acoustic signals converted by the binaural microphones, an output signal generating section for generating left and right output acoustic signals on the basis of the sound source signals and the directional sense components, and binaural speakers for outputting the left and right output acoustic signals generated by the output signal generating section.
