A rotary water outlet sprinkler comprises: A main body (1) provided with a water inlet end and a water outlet end, and a water channel is formed between the water inlet end and the water outlet end. A front cover assembly (2) equipped with nozzles (210) communicating with the water channel is rotationally fixed on the water outlet end of the main body. A hydraulic driving unit (4) equipped in the water channel of the main body connects with the front cover assembly (2) through a rotating shaft (3). The hydraulic driving unit (4) is driven by water flow in the water channel to drive the front cover assembly (2) to rotate. Consequently, water sprinkled out from the rotary water outlet sprinkler can be rotated. The nozzles on the front cover rotate around a center of the cover, and do not rotate around their own center, thus widening the rotating range of the water flow.
