<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress decrease in the throughput of a terminal due to continuous instructing for increasing transmission power. <P>SOLUTION: When it is discriminated that a number of times of continuously transmitting to a terminal power control information instructing increase of uplink transmission power is equal to or more than the threshold and the increased amount of transmission power is equal to or more than a reference increase amount, a base station apparatus discriminates whether the uplink throughput is smaller than a reference decrease value. When it is discriminated that the throughput is smaller than the reference decrease value, transmission of the power control information to the terminal is suspended for a fixed period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
