<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission device capable of performing data transmission with high convenience. <P>SOLUTION: Low-delay transmission and high-quality transmission are properly employed, and data to be preserved are transmitted by high-quality transmission, and furthermore, a configuration is employed wherein distributed data resulting from combining both data transmitted by low-delay transmission and data high-quality transmission in a server so as to make data easier to be viewed later are viewed.
