摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate handling and connecting thermoelectric conversion modules each other, thereby stably operating thermoelectric conversion module blocks having a plurality of thermoelectric modules connected for a long time period. SOLUTION: The thermoelectric module includes a substrate 2, and a plurality of thermoelectric conversion elements 3, 4 electrically connected in series on the substrate 2. A lower surface 2u of one end 2A of the substrate 2 is higher than the lower surface 2u of the other end 2B of the substrate 2. An upper surface 2t of one end 2A of the substrate 2 is higher than an upper surface 2t of the other end 2B of the substrate 2. Through-holes 12, 13 are formed at one end 2A and the other end 2B of the substrate 2, respectively. At one end 2A of the substrate 2, one end electrode layer 8a electrically connected to one end E1 of the plurality of thermoelectric conversion elements 3, 4 is provided over the periphery of the through-hole 12 on the lower surface 2u through an inner surface of the through-hole 12 from the upper surface 2t. At the other end 2B of the substrate 2, the other end electrode 8b electrically connected to the other end E2 of the plurality of thermoelectric conversion elements 3, 4 is provided around the through-hole 13 on the upper surface 2t.
