PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive toilet seat device capable of reducing the number of wires to be used to the minimum extent and being efficiently assembled and manufactured. SOLUTION: The toilet seat device comprises a body 200, a toilet seat 400, a washing means, a control part 90, and an operation means. The control part 90 is provided with a first microcomputer 91. An operation part 300 including functions of at least a part of the operation means is provided on an outer face of the body, and the operation part 300 comprises at least one kind of a plurality of elements or more among a plurality of kinds of elements including a switch 310, a display element 340, and a detection element 600 and a second microcomputer 92 connected with a plurality of elements. Since the control part 90 and the operation part 300 are connected to each other by connecting the first microcomputer 91 and the second microcomputer 92 by using a communication line 93, the number of wires to be used in the control part and the operation part can be reduced to the minimum number irrespective of the number of elements.
