<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the increase of the inflow resistance of blood flowing into a cardiotomy part. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The cardiotomy part 2 includes a filter 10 and a defoamer 20 disposed on the inner side of the filter so as to surround a conduit 90 for making the blood flow in. The lower end of the filter is sealed or bent roughly in a straight line shape or a curve shape. The defoamer has a half duplex structure wherein an outer side layer 21 and an inner side layer 22 disposed on the inner side of the outer side layer are provided and the inner side layer is disposed only on the upper side.
